Universal Sheet Clamp

The APE Universal Sheet Clamp is our standard clamp system that usually comes with each vibratory pile driver"extractor we sell. The clamp cylinder is machined from a solid to eliminate tie rod bolts or welding problems. The cylinder is extremely heavy to eliminate the need for bolt on type guards which we consider a safety hazard. The seals are CAT seals. We do not use off the shelve chrome stock to make the cylinder rod. The piston and rod are one-piece to eliminate bolts to hold the piston to the rod. Each rod is triple plate chromed to provide a thick layer of protection not found on any other clamp. To further elminate parts, the safety check valve is mounted directly into the back of the clamp cylinder. All ports are line drilled to reduce the need for hoses and fittings. Even our smallest vibro gets a one piece casting clamp.
